I'm delighted to welcome you! Upon receiving your inquiry, our first step will be to arrange a consultation call. This allows us to connect, ensuring we are the perfect match for your special day. You'll have the opportunity to ask any questions, and I will have a few for you as well. Following our discussion, I will provide you with a bespoke contract and proposal. To secure our agreement, a 25% non-refundable deposit will be required. Next, we'll begin planning your engagement session!
Now we embark on an exciting phase of our journey: planning! If you have hired a wedding planner, I will primarily communicate with them during this stage. However, whether you have a planner or not, I will periodically send out guides and questionnaires to get to know you better and understand your vision. We will have several consultation calls, either between you and me or with your planner, to finalize the details. My goal with every couple is to ensure you feel supported and comfortable with me on your wedding day.
We’ve arrived! After all the meticulous planning and countless decisions, it’s finally time to celebrate. This is your moment to slow down, be present, and celebrate the commitment you’re making with your fiancé, surrounded by those you hold dear.
Every wedding day is unique, each requiring different nuances from me. But rest assured, we have every detail covered and are prepared. When I arrive at your venue, I am fully prepared to begin capturing your day. My second shooter and I will ebb and flow throughout your venue, following your schedule to capture important and intimate moments, candid interactions with family, and, most importantly, the love between you and your fiancé.
My approach is to document weddings authentically and candidly. While I may occasionally guide you or your loved ones into a pose, my direction will always be clear and thoughtful. During your ceremony, my wish is for you to be fully immersed in each moment, feeling the joy and significance of every detail, both religious and sentimental.
I won’t dictate how your day should unfold but will gladly offer my professional suggestions based on the hundreds of weddings I’ve had the privilege of photographing, should you wish. Together, we will enjoy an evening filled with heartfelt toasts, laughter, dancing, and an unforgettable celebration.
As your day comes to a close, you can be assured that my second photographer and I have been with you through every moment, capturing memories for you to cherish. These photographs will be a testament to your love, to share with future generations, and to remember the beauty of your commitment to one another.
It has been 8-10 weeks since your special day. By now, you’ve shared your sneak peeks with friends and family and (hopefully) enjoyed a romantic honeymoon. Now, your full gallery has arrived, and you’ve selected your favorite images.
We will schedule one final consultation call to discuss printing options and collaborate on creating tangible heirlooms for your home. I place great importance on tangible prints and albums as a crucial part of my curation process, investing significant detail into each one. During our call, I will guide you through your favorite photographs and present all available options.
When you and your family are ready, you can place orders directly through your gallery. Most prints take anywhere from two weeks to one month to reach your doorstep. While it may be hard to say goodbye now that we’ve become friends, know that I am always here for any questions and to capture any future milestones you may wish to be documented.
